Easy Change
Bought your tickets and plans changed? No problem.
Online lift ticket purchases are date-specific, non-transferable, and non-refundable. If you cannot use your tickets on the intended dates, there's another option. With Easy Change, we transfer the dollar value of your online purchase to a voucher that expires one year from transfer date. You may pay a difference in price, but you don't lose the value of your original purchase. Easy Change gives you the flexibility to visit another day and even use it on another activity.
To make the change, fill out the below form by 3pm prior to the day your pre-purchased ticket starts and we *credit* the value of your ticket on a voucher.
*Credits are valid for a year from the date the voucher was created toward the online or in-person purchase of resort activities. Changes are not available on tickets purchased through a third party and are non-transferable. Refunds are not issued if credits are applied toward a lower-priced ticket or are unused within one year of the transaction date.
