BELL SERVICE, CONCIERGE & VALET
Boyne Mountain bell, concierge, and valet staff are available upon request. The Concierge Desk is located in the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa lobby. Call 231.549.7907 for additional information. Self-parking is complimentary to all guests.

CHILDCARE
Full-day childcare is available at the Helga Haus Children's Learning Center for children ages 3 months to 12 years during the winter season only. Call 231.549.7155 for reservations and more information.

SHIPPING & RECEIVING
Packages and outgoing mail can be picked up and dropped off at the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa Front Desk for USPS service Monday through Friday.

SHUTTLE SERVICE
Complimentary shuttle services are available to all resort lodging guests for transportation to on-property destinations.

SKI/SNOWBOARD VALET
Complimentary ski and snowboard equipment valet is available to resort lodging guests. Valet is located on the backside of Forty Acres Tavern.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATION
Charge it up! The resort has four SWTCH Charging Stations located in the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa and Boynehof parking lots. EV charging costs $.40/kWh, plus a $.50 fee per charge without SWTCH account.

Tesla guests may request a J-1772 adapter at the Front Desk to charge their vehicles with the Switch chargers or use a wall plug in the Boynehof parking lot.

Complimentary Activities

COMPLIMENTARY SCENIC CHAIRLIFT RIDES
Resort lodging guests receive a QR code card at check-in for a complimentary scenic chairlift ride year-round. The code is scanned at the chairlift.

BONFIRES & S'MORES
Gather around the fire and roast s'mores outside the Mountain Express Deli & Provisions. Available Friday and Saturday nights 6-8pm.

BEACH
Visit Deer Lake Beach on the west side of the resort property. Complimentary kayaks, shuffleboard, tennis courts, putting green, and sand toys are available.

FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT
Visit the Front Desk of the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa for family games, coloring books, and special holiday crafts.

FAMILY MOVIES
Bring the family together for an evening movie. Complimentary movies are shown on select nights in the Geneva Room of the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa.

FISHING & FLY FISHING
Complimentary pond fishing is available during the summer and fall. Complimentary fishing poles are available at Boyne Outfitters. Boyne Outfitters offers free casting lessons on weekends during the summer season. Private and guided fly-fishing trips are also offered year-round.

WAGON RIDES
Bundle up and settle in for an evening ride around the resort on Friday and Saturday evenings. Complimentary rides for resort guests leave every 30 minutes from the circle drive in the village. Check the Mountain Messenger for the updated schedule. 

LIBRARY
Find the resort library next to the fireplace in the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa lobby. Stop in to enjoy complimentary books to read during your stay. Leave the books in your room upon departure and we'll take care of the rest.

ICE SKATING
Visit our ice rink outside the Clock Tower Lodge. Open daily in the winter season, weather permitting. Complimentary figure and hockey skates are available on a first come, first serve basis.

SNOWSHOEING
Complimentary snowshoe rentals are available to resort lodging guests at the Adventure Center from 5-8pm daily. Enjoy a half-mile trek around the magically lit pond. Youth and adult snowshoes available.

Facilities

AIRPORT
Boyne Mountain is a pilot friendly, fly-in destination. For those with private planes, Boyne Mountain is your most convenient choice. We offer a 5,200-foot paved and lighted jet strip with instrument approach landing. See airport details.

Pellston Regional Airport (42 miles) and Traverse City Cherry Capital Airport (63 miles) are both less than one-hour drives from the resort.

ARCADE
The Avalanche Bay Arcade has over 50 games and the coolest titles! Arcade is located next to Avalanche Bay Waterpark, and waterpark admission is not required to enter and play.

ATM + Reverse ATM
ATMs are located in the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa lobby. Boyne Mountain is a cashless resort, a reverse ATM is available to turn cash into a Visa Gift Card with no fees.

BEACH
Beautiful Deer Lake Beach is located on the west side of the resort property. Resort lodging guests enjoy complimentary bocce ball, tennis courts, kayaks, and paddle boats. Sailboat and Stand Up Paddleboard rentals are also available. Call 231.549.7155 for additional information.

BUSINESS CENTER
Located on the lower level of the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa, guests must sign-in at the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa Front Desk. A complimentary computer with Internet access, printer, and telephone are available. Call 231.549.7902 for additional details.

FITNESS CENTERS
The Clock Tower Lodge Fitness Center, including a Peloton bike, is available complimentary for resort lodging guest. It is open daily from 10am-10pm.

Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa guests get complimentary access to the Spa Fitness Center, which features Peloton bikes, flat-screen televisions, circuit training, cardio machines, and weights. Resort guests not lodging at the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa may purchase a Spa Day Pass to access the fitness center, indoor/outdoor pool, whirlpools, cedar saunas, steam rooms, fitness classes, and lounges.

PET-FRIENDLY ROOMS
Pet-friendly rooms are available in the Boynehof Lodge and Deer Lake Villas. Requests must be made prior to arrival or at the time of booking, subject to availability.

POOLS

• The Clock Tower Lodge has an outdoor heated pool and hot tub available year-round for complimentary use by resort lodging guests. Includes use of locker rooms, showers, and sauna. Towels are provided in pool area. 
• The Mountain Villa complex has a centrally located swimming pool available during the summer season for complimentary use by resort lodging guests.
• An indoor/outdoor heated pool is located at the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa and is open year-round for guests lodging at the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa. Towels are provided in pool area. Resort guests not lodging at the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa may access pool with purchase of a Spa Day Pass .
• Children under 15 years of age must be supervised by an adult, 18+. Lifeguards are not appointed at any Boyne Mountain pool areas.
• No glass containers or outside food and beverages are allowed in pool areas.
• No smoking or vaping is allowed in pool areas.

THE SPA AT BOYNE MOUNTAIN
