Lift Ticket FAQ

  • Tickets are open-to-close. If the resort is open 9am to 4:30pm, then your ticket is good 9am to 4:30pm. If the resort is open 9am to 9pm, then your ticket is good 9am to 9pm.

  • Yes. Multi-day lift tickets must be used on consecutive days, beginning with the date selected. All lift tickets are valid at Boyne Mountain Only.

  • Single and multi-day tickets may be turned in at the Season Pass Office, and the value of the lift ticket may be applied to the current price of a Boyne Michigan Gold Pass. The discount off the Boyne Michigan Gold Pass matches the price the customer paid for the lift tickets.

  • Boyne Rewards points are applied at time of purchase whether you buy online or at the window. Earn one point for every dollar spent, then redeem them for digital Reward Cards to spend at our resorts or online purchases on our resort’s websites. For more information, visit BoyneRewards.com.

  • No. Show your military ID at the ticket window to receive $20 off an open-to-close ticket or $15 off night lift tickets. (For active/retired US military and their immediate family members only.)

  • Yes. 

  • No. Starting this year (2023/24 season), lift tickets, including all single and multi-day tickets, are valid at Boyne Mountain Resort only.  If you are looking to ski both Boyne Mountain and The Highlands at Harbor Springs, shop our Lake eFlex Pass options.

  • Your lift tickets are printed on a Go Card. Use the QR code from your confirmation email to redeem at any of our nine Pick Up Box locations at the resort. Put your Go Card in a secure pocket away from cell phones and credit cards....and you're ready to ride! Already have a Go Card, even better! Your access is loaded on your existing media. 

  • If your plans change after pre-purchasing a lift ticket on boynemountain.com, no problem.

    Online lift ticket purchases are date-specific, non-transferable, and non-refundable. However, if you're not able to use your tickets on the dates you intended you have another option. Easy Change allows us to transfer the dollar value of your online purchase to a voucher that expires one year from transfer date. You may pay a difference in price, but you don't lose the value of your original purchase and have the flexibility to come any other day and even use it on another activity. 

    To make the change, you MUST give us a call at 231.549.7155 by 3PM prior to the day your pre-purchased ticket starts and we'll put the *credit* value of your ticket on a voucher.

    *Credits are valid toward the online or in-person purchase of resort activities for a year from the date the voucher was created. Changes are not available on tickets purchased through a third party, and are non-transferable. Refunds are not issued if credits are applied toward a lower-priced ticket or are unused within one year of transaction date.

    Chose the wrong date? We're happy to apply your credit to a voucher so you can make that change - we'll give you a voucher code to use online or in-person, no refunds available.
