Cancellation Policies

High fives - you picked us for your adventure! While we're crossing our fingers...and toes that everything goes perfectly, we know life sometimes has other plans (like your boss canceling your PTO or spontaneous time travel). No worries, though - our cancellation process is smoother than fresh corduroy on a bluebird morning!

Lift ticket purchases are date-specific, non-transferable, and non-refundable. If you need to make a change, our Easy Change Policy is here to help!

  • Easy Change allows us to transfer the dollar value of your online purchase to a voucher that expires one year from the transfer date.
  • You may use your voucher towards a lift ticket on another day, or even another activity. 

EASY CHANGE PROCESS:

  • You MUST fill out the form below by 3pm the day prior to your lift ticket start date. Our Customer Care Team will then create your voucher and load it into your account.
  • Vouchers are valid toward an online or in-person purchase of resort activities for one year from the date the voucher was created. 
  • Changes are not available on tickets purchased through a third party, and are non-transferable.
  • Refunds are not issued if credits are applied toward a lower-priced ticket or are unused within one year of the transaction date.

No refunds are available, including incorrect date selection.

  • Season Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • If a passholder cannot use their pass and notifies the Customer Care office prior to December 10, a credit voucher will be issued for the full cost of the pass.
  • The voucher must be used by November 1 of the following year.
  • Lessons & Rentals must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of reservation will result in a credit voucher issued for the full value of the activity cost (no fee).
  • Same-day changes or cancellations will result in a full forfeit of your payment.
  • If cancellations are made on behalf of the resort due to weather, we will allow the guest to reschedule within the season or issue a full refund.
  • Adventure Activities must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of reservation will result in a credit voucher issued for the full value of the activity cost (no fee).
  • Same-day changes or cancellations will result in a full forfeit of your payment.
